Mid-Level Project Manager

**ONSITE IN MILWAUKEE WISCONSIN**

Duration: 15 Month Target
Pay: $65-$75/hr!

• Must have 8+ years of solid Project Management leadership experience
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be local to surrounding Milwaukee/Southeastern Wisconsin area

Scope of project will be to lead the coordination of three business units in the implementation of engineering software and processes in factories around the world for our client's product. Will need to be a proven leader and able to effectively deal with and resolve confrontation; will be working with engineers who may provide challenges along the way.

There is already a project plan but will play key role in continuous defining and building on existing project plan, based on input from all three business units.

• Must have strong experience in managing large-scale projects; this one is totaling $6.5 million at an average month spend of $600-$800K.
• Past experience working with IT system integrators on projects!
• Will assess progress weekly, identify and escalate issues, document risks, keep pulse on project, with a focus on driving progress and quickly addressing any adversity or push back.
• Will collaborate on project financials, tracking budget to actual accruals, etc.
• Will be responsible for coordinating/participating in monthly executive committee meetings including sponsors of projects to discuss and present budget status, scheduling, scope status/changes, etc.; tends to be a big event.
