Summary of Objective:

The Quality Training Intern will review all GMP role curriculums to group redundant procedures and ensure alignment across procedures. 2.Compare procedures to any OJT training checklists to ensure training is consistent between LMS and OJT training. 3. Work with Management to adjust curriculum to stage out content to flow with the onboarding of new employees to achieve a more focused and streamlined training approach with appropriate timelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Quality Training team to review existing training materials.
  • Identify procedures that are outdated or in conflict with current processes.
  • Assist in the removal or updating of outdated training content.
  • Work closely with site Quality Training and GMP Department Leaders to understand training requirements.
  • Evaluate current training processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Assist in creating standardized training procedures.
  • Review training materials to ensure clarity and consistency in content
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to clarify complex topics for new employees.
  • Standardize training terminology and format
  • Generate reports on the progress of training improvements.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to the Quality Training Manager.
  • This position may require overtime and/or weekend work.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, and rules.
  • Attendance to work is an essential function of this position
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

  • Working toward a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

  • High Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where there is only limited standardization. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions that may be provided in various forms.
