This is an onsite position in Monroe, WI.

We are seeking an hourly Junior Accountant to support our Cash Accounting team with a variety of reporting and processing of cash receipts, credit cards, and more. If you are interested in a rewarding career that offers professional stability, look no further!

What You'll Do
As a Junior Accountant, you will complete several daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports to assure accuracy within all Colony Brands, Inc. companies. You will calculate, analyze, and prepare information for various management worksheets and projects. In addition, you'll also be responsible for:
* Daily, weekly, and month end closing activities for cash reporting, cash receipts, credit card processing, etc.
* Reconciling all credit card clearing accounts
* Coordinating, processing, and verifying sales reports from our Outlet store
* Balancing and verifying account activity for all Colony Brands, Inc. companies
* Conducting ledger account analyses

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we need someone with a high level of detail orientation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at meeting deadlines, this role could be for you! Ideally, you will possess an Associate degree in accounting or a related field. In addition, we are looking for:
* Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personality types
* Above average organization and prioritization skills
* Solid working knowledge of operating a PC (Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, etc.)
* Experience with Accounting Software (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains)
