We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team in St. Nazianz.

Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand.
• Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature.
• Follows established procedures and drives continuous improvement in the plant's manufacturing processes, including fabrication, welding, paint and/or assembly.
• Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.
• Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations.
• Other related duties as assigned.
  
  

The annual salary for this role is $63,375 - $92,950 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

The qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 or more years of manufacturing experience OR Associates degree plus 5 or more years of manufacturing experience OR high school diploma/GED plus 7 or more years of manufacturing experience
