Position Summary:

Senior Manager of Supply Chain Analytics, will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations through data-driven insights and strategic analytics. This leadership position requires a combination of analytical skills, managerial expertise, and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Cross Functional Collaboration.
  • Collaborate with supply chain leader in executing a comprehensive strategy for integrating analytics into the supply chain management process.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership within supply chain to align analytics initiatives with overall business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Data Management and Integration.
  • Oversee the collection, validation, and integration of data from various sources within the supply chain.
  • Implement data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Advanced Analytics.
  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics models and utilize statistical modeling and advanced analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Integration with IT.
  • Act as a bridge between the analytics team and operational stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies in supply chain analytics and identify opportunities for their integration into the organization's processes.
  • People Leadership.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of analysts and supply chain professionals.
  • Mentor team and allocate work among analyst to regularly monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and operational excellence.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 7+ years in a senior-level supply chain analytics role.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant analytics tools such as MicroStrategy
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) is value add.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Salary Base Range of $132,000 - $173,900 for Employees Located in California*
  • Annual bonus (based on the incentive program terms and conditions)

*The "base salary range" provided above is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this position. The range provided is for California-based employees as Ventura Foods is required by California State Law to post pay rates. Ventura Foods reserves the right to pay outside of the given range based on a variety of factors including but not limited to: candidate skills and experience, complexity of the job, budgetary factors, and location/geography. Ventura Foods conducts regular reviews of compensation ranges and therefore reserves the right to alter this range at any given time.
