Job/Internship Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Intern with BCG, you will have the opportunity to work with our Digital Workplace, Knowledge Technology and Product Enablement team (WKE). You will collaborate with team members on day-to-day operations in support of our consultant teams to fulfill client needs.

You will work 40 hours a week for 11 weeks (June 3 through August 16). Your focus will be on a variety of activities involved in defining & deploying new capabilities to the portfolio's end users. Your work will include User Experience research (UX), User interface design (UI), and the coding required to build new experiences. You'll also learn BCG's agile methodology as the primary delivery mechanism. You'll work alongside dedicated team members while growing your professional network within BCG.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
As an intern with Boston Consulting Group, you will learn how our business units support the day-to-day operations, which ultimately supports our consultants in meeting the needs of our clients. You will learn to be proficient with:
* Organization and prioritization of designated tasks
* Communicating with key stakeholders while working with global teams
* Ability to work independently on designated projects and meet deadlines
* Using technology to solve business problems
* Interacting with a variety of teammates around the globe
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
* High School Diploma
* Fluent in English
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
* Ability and willingness to collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment
